Mark's Tree Service gave me an estimate to take down a huge tree behind my house around three weeks ago.

He was fantastic. I read the review on him and they were not kidding. He knows his stuff. I was absolutely comfortable with him. He was the one, I was actually going to go with and he was right at the top of my price range; but something had come up and I was not able to use anybody. He explained everything to me that he was going to do. He explained what was going on with the tree and that was reason for having the problem. He was punctual and fabulous. I absolutely would have used him. I have some horticulture background; so I kind of know some of the problems that were going on with the tree. I kind of have an idea how old the trees are and how fast they grow. He was the only one who seemed to know about the trees. He took me around and showed me all the places where lightning has struck the tree. He also showed what was going on inside of the tree because of that. He has good knowledge of his craft. I think everybody else could have gotten the job done; but I trusted him because he knew what was going on. He was accurate about how long it was going to take to do the job. There was couple of other companies, who said they can take it down in a day. I was concerned what will happen if it falls over my house and how they can do it without taking the power lines down. I felt other companies were cheating and I never wanted to go that way.
